Night Shift Setting Reduces "Blue Light" Eye Strain
Research has shown that the effects of blue light exposure from computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices can have an adverse impact on your eyes. Ongoing blue light exposure not only causes eye strain and soreness, but it’s also been linked to damaged retinal cells causing vision problems such as macular degeneration. Be sure to check out your brightness control settings and, navigate to “night shift” to activate this setting when you’re using your devices the most. The warmer the night shift setting, the less blue light is emitted. If you don’t have this night shift feature on your device, google where to get a night shift film that’s easy to install and also prevents your screens safe from dust and scratches.
