Fill half your plate with fruits & veggies

U.S. federal dietary guidelines recommend that people eat between 1.5 and 2 cups of fruit per day, and 2 to 3 cups of vegetables per day. However, the USDA reports that the typical American diet includes a cup and a half of veggies and one cup of fruit per day. For your health, rethink your plate and go for the color!
