Keeping Your Skin Hydrated

Everyday, we're seeing ads for glowy, dewy, and hydrated skin. All sorts of skincare products promising "healthy looking skin" are being thrown at us. Everyone is claiming their skincare routine will give you radiant skin. The reason why is because we're all looking for a way to plump our skin and have it looking better than it ever has before. So, let's talk about what really works to make your skin look radiant, healthy and plump. The key is hydration! Drink LOTS of water...

Some of my suggestions to improve hydration of your skin.

  •  Avoid direct sun exposure to your skin, especially your face, which causes the moisture in your skin to evaporate.  Also avoid cold dry winds which also make your skin dull and flakey.

  •  Eat foods with high water content provides moisture to your skin. It's always great to consume fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, celery, berries, cucumber, peach, plums and kiwis.

  •  Drink a minimum of 8 –10  glasses of water daily to help make your skin naturally looking healthy and glowing.

  • Avoid caffeinated drinks which can make your skin look dry and become dehydrated.

  • Come to CURE to receive an IV Infusion containing fluids, vitamins, minerals and amino acids for skin health and radiance. Try our Skin Glow Infusion specifically to hydrate your skin from the inside out.
